Meeting spaces are a vital component of any major event — and our venues give you plenty of options. It’s also good to know that any of these spaces can be booked on their own for one-off or regular use. Think of it as an extension to your premises, available for you to use for training, product launches, crisis meetings and small receptions, as and when you need it.

Private suites, breakout zones and reception areas are available at Bournemouth International Centre, Bournemouth Pavilion, Littledown Centre, Pyramids Centre (Portsmouth) and Fairfield Halls (Croydon).

Facilities range from secure, internal meeting rooms to bright boardrooms and classrooms. Light and airy lounge, bar and terrace areas, with panoramic sea views from Christchurch and the Isle of Wight to the Purbeck Hills, provide the perfect place to host a big corporate party.

Choose any style, from informal seating, classroom, round table and board meeting layouts. We can provide everything you need.

Larger suites can be partitioned to customise the space and create informal dining and networking spaces and all areas come with house digital audio visual, information technology and network systems.
