10 things we believe in

Everyone, irrespective of age, ability or means, should be able to enjoy the health and wellbeing benefits of being active. That’s why we offer more than 1,000 weekly great value classes and activities.

completed a triathlon – the better they feel about their achievements, the more likely they are to keep on doing it.

Because we host some of industry’s biggest events, we bring lots of people into our communities to learn, share, network and set industry standards. This generates millions of pounds in economic benefit and supports thousands of people’s jobs.
