Bournemouth International Centre presents a complete event package at The Meetings Show

Bournemouth International Centre comes to The Meetings Show, with more choice, flexibility and service for business event organisers. It’s the same venue, backed by a great new range of value-added services to ensure success for the client and a memorable experience for delegates.

Venue operator BH Live is leveraging facilities throughout its Bournemouth venues and business partnerships to attract more clients and delegates to its flagship venue, Bournemouth International Centre. This includes exciting team building events, joint PR, expert set design and inspired fine dining from BH Live’s own, in-house hospitality team.

“With over 4,000 industry professionals expected to attend, 900 of which will be UK and international buyers, The Meetings Show is a great opportunity for us to explain our compelling new offer to organisers of events all shapes and sizes,”

says Ben Mutton, Sales Manager.

“In helping us to set up a schedule of appointments with serious buyers online, the hosted buyer programme enables us to make the very most of our time at the three-day event. We’re looking forward to a busy and productive show.”

While Bournemouth International Centre clearly fulfils the demand for high profile, large events, the venue includes numerous closed and open plan areas that are ideal for smaller seminars and exhibitions, breakout zones, fringe meetings, receptions and corporate hospitality.

“We have a venue able to deliver the complete experience for up to 4,000 delegates – conference, exhibition, fine dining, awards ceremonies – all under one roof, with a choice of after-show arts, culture and entertainment right on the doorstep,”

says BH Live Director of Venues Pat Coyne.

“Bournemouth itself is changing fast, shaping up as a must-visit business destination, with a unique coastal vibe. We’re the fifth in the UK in jobs creation, the UK’s fastest growing digital economy and one of only two places in the country where the average age is falling. Bournemouth is undergoing a huge programme of infrastructure development, to make it even more accessible and relevant to businesses. And the venue itself is among 1,500 UK organisations recently shortlisted as a Business Superbrand and a TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence winner.”

The Meetings Show takes place 7-9 July 2015, at London’s Olympia. The Bournemouth International Centre team will be on Stand D32 at the AIM Pavilion.
