United Kingdom Open Dance Festival returns to Bournemouth International Centre (BIC)

The United Kingdom Open Dance Festival has returned to Bournemouth International Centre (BIC) for 2024.

The UK Open Dance Festival, including The UK Open Championships, is one of the dance world’s major events and features the highest calibre of dancers, all competing to win a title. The event returns this year at Bournemouth International Centre (BIC) from Tuesday 16 January – Sunday 21 January 2024. The venue has hosted the championships for 40 years.

During the week, qualification rounds take place in morning and afternoon sessions, with the evenings hosting the finals rounds. On Wednesday and Thursday, the six finalists of the main events perform encapsulating solo dances, all performed to the wonderful music and live band of the UK Dance Festival.

2023’s competition saw over 4,000 competitors and over 10,000 spectators across the course of the event, including both national and international visitors.
