Travel and hospitality industry heavyweights praise Bournemouth venues and attractions

Bournemouth International Centre, Bournemouth Pavilion and Altitude High Ropes Adventure have been recognised by world-leading travel and hospitality heavyweights.

Event venues Bournemouth International Centre and Bournemouth Pavilion have maintained their Hospitality Assured Premier Status for a fourth year, securing their position among the UK’s top destinations for leisure and business visitors.

Both venues are managed by BH Live, in partnership with Bournemouth Borough Council.

Hospitality Assured is internationally recognised as the standard for business and service excellence in the hospitality industry.

BH Live’s commitment to continuous improvement for the benefit of its customers, partners and employees was praised as was the investment made to improve its customers’ experiences, green credentials, planning, and training and development opportunities for employees. BH Live was also acknowledged for achieving an Investor in People Silver Standard on its first entry earlier this year.

Bournemouth International Centre, Bournemouth Pavilion and the leisure attraction Altitude High Ropes Adventure in Littledown Park have also all been recognised by customers on the world’s largest travel site TripAdvisor, earning a 2016 TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence.

Altitude High Ropes Adventure opened in 2012 and was BH Live’s first significant social dividend into a new leisure attraction. Since then it has notched up more than 30,000 visits from local residents, community groups, schools, companies and visitors.
