Teresa is responsible for strategic Human Resources across all BH Live’s Leisure, entertainment, hospitality and conferencing operations.
A member of Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development she has more than 15 years experience in senior roles working in both private and public sectors.
She has held posts in Royal Mail, Post Office Ltd and Bournemouth Borough Council with experience in large scale reorganisations, business partnering and cultural change.
