BH Live Active is delighted to be the official gym partner for this year’s Bournemouth Bay Run.
In partnership with BCP Council, BH Live manages several leisure centres across Dorset and Hampshire, including Bournemouth’s Littledown, Stokewood and Pelhams. Getting more people active for improved health and wellbeing is one of its charitable aims so supporting and having a presence at this much-loved community event is a great fit for BH Live.
Taking place on Sunday 2 April 2023 the Bournemouth Bay Run encompasses Bournemouth’s iconic landscape and beachfront, with race distances to suit runners of all levels. BH Live Active’s instructors are leading the all-important race warm-ups for each of the events. Our outreach team will be in the Race Village offering lots of tips and advice about preparing and training for events like this.
Whether people want to train for the event, or make a long-lasting positive lifestyle change, BH Live’s team will be on hand on race-day to discuss the best membership and pay as you go options available.
