New pop-up box office at Littledown is just the ticket!

Getting show tickets for Bournemouth’s Beauty and the Beast pantomime, plus shows such as Diversity, School of Rock, 1975 and Strictly Come Dancing: The Professionals, is now even easier for residents thanks to a new pop-up box office at Bournemouth’s Littledown Centre.

Situated along Castle Lane East opposite Royal Bournemouth Hospital, Littledown is run by registered charity BH Live in partnership with BCP Council.

The pop-up box office is situated in the leisure centre’s reception.

It is open on weekdays between 10am- 4pm. The box office is cashless, and customers can pay for tickets by debit or credit card, Google and ApplePay. The centre has a free customer car park for up to 3 hours, seven days a week.

Steve Turner, BH Live’s Associate Director for Bournemouth’s venues says,

“The pandemic accelerated a change in buying habits and most ticket purchases are now online. However, we know that for some people in our community, buying online is a challenge, or simply not an option. We want to improve this and make sure that knowing what’s on and getting tickets for cultural events and entertainment, is accessible to all.

The new box office at Littledown is a family friendly location and a convenient alternative for local people to get tickets for shows, concerts and events at Bournemouth Pavilion and Bournemouth International Centre.

“They will be able to park for free for up to three hours, speak with our team, go through what’s on, talk through the options, choose their seats, and pay for their tickets.”

Customers can also buy event tickets from Bournemouth Pavilion and Bournemouth International Centre during event days and online.
