New look venue finding and delegate booking service

A new identity for Bournemouth’s conference and exhibition destination marketing, venue finding and delegate booking hub has been created to provide a fully integrated service with a single point of contact for anyone planning, running and attending major events in Bournemouth.

The service is funded and delivered through a partnership between BH Live, the Bournemouth Coastal Business Improvement District (BID) and Bournemouth Borough Council, through Bournemouth Tourism, supported by Bournemouth Accommodation and Hotel Association (BAHA).

The announcement coincides with the launch of a new accommodation booking service, endorsed by BAHA, to make it quicker and simpler for delegates to book their preferred accommodation from Bournemouth’s wide choice of hotels.

Hotels allocating bedrooms through Business Events Bournemouth will, via commission, play their part in the overall marketing and promotion of Bournemouth as a top and highly desirable business destination. This will, in turn, boost business accommodation bookings in participating hotels. The Bournemouth International Centre will recommend the service to organisers and delegates attending conferences and exhibitions there.

Business Events Bournemouth is now the official marketing, venue finding and delegate booking hub for businesses and groups organising events, seminars, workshops and meetings. It will take the guesswork and legwork out of running a successful business event. Expert know-how and strong links with local hotels, retail, taxi and other service providers ensure the best organiser and delegate experience.

Business Events Bournemouth offers:

  • A marketing service to promote Bournemouth’s destination, venues and event services.
  • A venue finding service for corporate and professional events, gala dinner occasions, product launches, sales days, training courses and more in the top business events destination on England’s south coast.
  • A complete, online booking package offering a wide choice of affordable accommodation for delegates, exhibitors, conference staff and VIP guests.

Business Events Bournemouth will generate a constant stream of investment to guarantee Bournemouth’s future and relevance as a top business destination.
