Four venues, five events, 7,500 people, one week.

BH Live’s hospitality team is at full stretch this week delivering its unique brand of corporate hospitality on many fronts.

Lush Cosmetics, rated by customers as the top UK shop in this year’s Which? retailer survey, is celebrating its 20th birthday at Bournemouth International Centre in inimitable style, bringing the outside in with a Lush food-inspired garden party inside the venue. This is the fourth in a series of off-the-wall culinary challenges that Lush Cosmetics has set BH Live over the past year. These have included science-themed events, complete with lab beakers and smoking dry ice, and desserts created using soap moulds to mimic a new range of festive soap for Christmas 2014.

Next up it’s over to Lighthouse, Poole’s Centre for the Arts, where Bournemouth Churches Housing Association (BCHA) is having its annual meeting, complete with pastries on arrival and a buffet-style lunch. On Friday, it’s off to London’s Copper Box Arena to cater at the One Bauer Media Awards, featuring an amazing, yet-to-be-revealed, food experience for around 2,000 people.

Then it’s back to Bournemouth for the Ultra White Collar Boxing on Saturday, 6 June, back at the venue for a third time.

“We hold these events in over 60 cities and the service at Bournemouth International Centre has been superb,”

says Jon Leonard, Director at Ultra White Collar Boxing.

“The planning was made straightforward and on the day every member of staff was excellent. I am greatly looking forward to our next event with you being even bigger than the last.”

All week, the BH Live team will be running the ‘19th hole’ bar and café at the 64th Bournemouth Open 2015 at Queens Park Golf Course, catering for around 420 golfers and guests over the week.

These events represent the spectrum of what BH Live has to offer clients, from high quality fast food such as burgers and hot dogs, to bowl food, buffets and the best in gourmet cuisine, in specially designed themed settings.

“This is exactly the kind of challenge we relish”

says Alex Robertson, head of hospitality at BH Live.

“It gives us the opportunity to flex all our skills and imagination across a whole range of client needs, and the schedule is a real test for our discipline in delivering on time, to the highest possible standard across multiple events and venues.”
