Elevate Brasserie & Bar, an indoor and al fresco dining experience at Bournemouth International Centre (BIC), is celebrating one year since opening its doors.
To mark the occasion, the Elevate team is launching a brand-new lunch menu on Wednesday 17 July 2024. This includes *meal deals from £7.50 and special offers on the day.
Open Wednesdays-Sundays from 12pm-8pm and on show nights, the Elevate’s seasonally led menu sources local ingredients to create a delicious range of dishes including Barrel & Stone pizzas, salad bowls, charcuterie, seafood, burgers, sharing platters, and more.
Overlooking stunning views across Bournemouth’s seafront, the stylish venue was designed by local architects with décor and design elements inspired by the Jurassic Coast.
Since opening, Elevate has welcomed more than 30,000 people and sold more than 1,300 pizzas, 2,000 burgers, and 4,700 pints of draught beer.
It has received several 5* reviews on TripAdvisor, with visitors raving about the venue’s “phenomenal customer service”, “brilliant” food and drink and the “lovely addition to the BIC – a great setting for pre-show dinner.”
Bournemouth International Centre (BIC) is operated by registered charity and social enterprise BH Live in partnership with BCP Council.
Mathijs Pol, BH Live’s Head of Hospitality who created and launched the Elevate Bar and Brasserie concept said;
“Since opening Elevate one year ago, we’ve welcomed thousands of people. It’s a privilege to cater to all kinds of customers including business professionals, friends and families, and event visitors to BIC and Bournemouth Pavilion. Whether it’s stopping by for a meal or a cup of coffee, everyone is welcome to sit back, relax and enjoy the great views from Elevate.
“What’s even better is because BH Live is a registered charity, any surplus generated through commercial activity such as this is reinvested back into the local community to improve public facilities and services. I want to offer a huge thanks to everyone who has supported Elevate so far.”
Elevate also caters to seasonal occasions, private dinners, parties, events and conferences.
This summer, the brasserie and bar has also welcomed hundreds of visitors to watch the 2024 UEFA Euro championships on its terrace in the sunshine. Previous seasonal offerings include a ‘Kids Eat For £1’ deal for Bournemouth Pavilion pantogoers.
Offers to look forward to later this year include a ‘Flying Sharing Platter’ for £25 for those looking to enjoy views of the Bournemouth Air Show from Elevate’s terrace.
