Dare to be different at Bournemouth Pavilion Wedding Fair

Top wedding bloggers1 predict bold make-up, Hollywood glamour, healthy canapés and menus, pink champagne, colourful wedding shoes, unique venues and tiaras will dominate the wedding scene for 2016 and beyond.

Never before has there been so much emphasis on individualism and originality. With this in mind, Bournemouth Pavilion’s Wedding Fair returns this September to show the very best of the region’s exclusive celebration services for couples looking to make their special day one to remember.

Whether it’s a wedding at home or abroad, this year’s show will bring an abundance of inspiring ideas to add warmth, sparkle and, most of all, exclusivity.

Marking the 22nd anniversary of the Bournemouth Pavilion Wedding Fair, the weekend event runs from 10am-5pm Saturday 17 September 2016 and 11am-4pm Sunday 18 September 2016.

Around 70 local and regional industry specialists are expected to exhibit, including bridal and menswear, venues, cars, photography, photo booths, sweet carts, stationery, accessories, wedding breakfasts, and more.

“More and more couples are wanting to create their own distinctive day. Because we are able to attract a great range of talented event specialists, our wedding fairs remain as popular as ever,”

says BH Live Director of Venues Pat Coyne.

“We estimate that more than 40,000 people have come to us over the past 21 years to look for new ideas to make their wedding really special and exciting. This year we hope to attract even more. A wide selection of celebration services from across Dorset and Hampshire will be offering couples with everything they need.”

Stands will occupy the whole of the Grade II listed Art Deco ballroom. Wedding cars will be on show outside the main entrance.

An all-day entry ticket is £2 per person and includes an exclusive show guide.

Tickets can be bought online at bhlivetickets.co.uk, by phone on 0844 576 3000 or at Bournemouth Pavilion and Bournemouth International Centre box offices. Visitors can also pay on the day.
