People visiting BH Live Active sport and leisure centres are having better experiences than ever before, according to the latest mystery visitor checks.
BH Live Active centres in Bournemouth, Southampton and Portsmouth achieved an overall score of 84%, which is up from the last set of results. This shows that teams across the centres are working hard to make visits enjoyable, welcoming and helpful for everyone.
Mystery visitors are independent people who visit centres and share feedback about their experience. They look at everything from first enquiries and customer service to cleanliness, facilities and overall enjoyment.
The latest results showed especially strong scores during centre visits, with an excellent average score of 97%. Visitors said they enjoyed the friendly welcome, great facilities and positive atmosphere at BH Live Active centres.
Top-performing centres
A special shout out goes to Sir David English Sports Centre in Bournemouth, which achieved an outstanding score of 96.8% overall and received 100% for its mystery visitor assessment.
The following centres also achieved a 100% mystery visitor score:
- Mountbatten Leisure Centre (Portsmouth)
- BH Live Active, Corfe Mullen (East Dorset)
- Chamberlayne Leisure Centre (Southampton)
- Bitterne Leisure Centre (Southampton)
- BH Live Active Stokewood (Bournemouth)
- BH Live Active Littledown (Bournemouth)
Furthermore, BH Live Active Corfe Mullen and Stokewood achieved excellent scores for first enquiries, helping to create a great first impression for new customers.
Mystery visitors praised many parts of their experience, including:
- Friendly and helpful staff
- Well-maintained gym equipment
- Fun and enjoyable fitness classes
- Great swimming facilities
- Clean and welcoming centres
- Positive overall experiences
Across the last three rounds of mystery visits, BH Live Active centres continue to achieve strong results for their swimming pools, changing rooms, reception areas and cleanliness.
BH Live Active is proud of these results but is always looking for ways to improve.
Teams continue to take part in training and coaching to help make every customer experience even better. This includes improving how enquiries are handled, helping people find the right activities, and making sure everyone receives a warm and personal welcome.
The aim is to help more people enjoy being active and feel comfortable and supported when they visit.
These latest results are another positive step forward for BH Live Active. Teams across all centres will continue working hard to make every visit enjoyable, whether someone is swimming, exercising, taking part in a class or visiting for the first time.
