Brand new super-sized inflatable obstacle course a hit!

AirJumpX, a brand new giant inflatable obstacle course at Sir David English Sports Centre is a hit with local residents!

Within its first few days of opening more than 700 people aged 5 and upwards have taken to the brightly coloured super-sized obstacle course.

Packed with interactive challenges and thrills, AirJumpX features include climbs, jumps and tumbles, parkour-style sections, a slam dunk, giant slide, jelly mountain, wipeout balls, an assault course, and more.

Customers have commented and said,

“It was so much fun – we loved it.”

and

“I cannot wait to bring the kids back to this!”

During the school holidays sessions are running six days a week (excluding Saturdays).

Sir David English Sports Centre is operated by registered charity BH Live in partnership with Bournemouth Schools Charitable Trust.

Rob Cunningham, BH Live’s Associate Director for Leisure says,

“Getting more people active and having a great time is what we are all about. AirJumpX is great fun for all from young people to grown-ups! Feedback so far has been brilliant.”

Session prices are £12 per person (£8 for customers with a BH Live Active membership). Participants must be aged 5 years old and over. Children aged 5-8 years old are to be accompanied by a full-paying adult.

Bookings can be made up to seven days in advance online at bhliveactive.org.uk and the BH Live Active app.

Sir David English Sports Centre has free customer parking on a first come first served basis.

About Sir David English Sports Centre

Sir David English Sports Centre is operated by BH Live in partnership with Bournemouth School Charitable Trust.

It is a community sports venue with a multi-purpose sports hall, gym, steam and sauna, and a multi-functional studio for daily group exercise classes. It is also a hub for sports club activities.

There are three outdoor six-a-side 3G rubber crumb training pitches, eight netball courts and four tennis courts where teams regularly train and compete on a local, regional and national level.
