Brand new dining experience opens at Bournemouth International Centre

A brand new dining experience has opened at Bournemouth International Centre (BIC).

Elevate Brasserie & Bar is set in a prime location at the south coast venue. With indoor and covered outdoor seating, it boasts stunning views across Bournemouth seafront.

Dishes have been created by the venue’s Head Chef Carl McCann and his team, to appeal to visitors and residents including showgoers, event delegates, and families.

Open seven days a week from 11am-10pm (food served 12-9pm), the seasonally-led menu has been selected using locally sourced ingredients including seafood, vegetables and meats.

Selections include Barrel and Stone artisan pizzas, fresh salad bowls, open sandwiches, burgers, charcuterie, seafood and vegan sharing platters, small plates, cheeses, sides and snacks. There is also a fully licensed bar serving a premium selection of beverages such as soft drinks, wines, quality beers, spirits and gins.

Designed by local architects and elegantly styled, Elevate Brasserie and Bar incorporates elements of the award-winning seafront and neighbouring Jurassic Coast.

Bournemouth International Centre is operated by registered charity BH Live in partnership with BCP Council.

Mathijs Pol, BH Live’s Group Hospitality Manager has led the development and creation of Elevate Brasserie and Bar with his team. He said,

“I am super proud of what the team has created. This new dining experience offers something for everyone and is accessible to all seven days a week. Whether visitors are in town looking for somewhere to enjoy a quick bite to eat and drink, are wanting to enjoy a meal before a show, or are after something a bit more leisurely after a day on the beach, we are confident we’ll have it covered.”

Mathijs adds,

“We’ll be refreshing our menus to reflect the changing seasons and listening to customer feedback to make sure we are hitting the spot for everyone who visits.”

Steve Turner, BH Live’s Associate Director of the BIC and Pavilion adds,

“Elevate Brasserie and Bar is a fantastic addition to what we already offer at the BIC. Open to all, the space has been completely transformed and makes the most of our sea-facing location.

He adds,

“What’s even better is because BH Live is a registered charity, any surplus generated through commercial activity such as this is reinvested back into the local community to improve public facilities and services.”
