Elevate Brasserie Bar, located at Bournemouth International Centre (BIC), invites local businesses, clubs and organisations to get ahead of the festive season by getting their team’s year-end celebration booked in.
Relaxed or more formal festive packages (daytime and early evening) include set menus or a carvery option for large group bookings*, with vegetarian, gluten-free, and dairy-free dishes available. There will be festive decorations, music and table crackers for every guest, plus top service from Elevate’s hospitality team.
Bournemouth International Centre (BIC) is operated by registered charity and social enterprise BH Live in partnership with BCP Council.

“With many teams working remotely, and with changing social habits – including less emphasis on social ‘drinks’ – the traditional party night is giving way to more inclusive and thoughtful celebrations.
“A festive meal offers the perfect setting to bring colleagues together in person – combining great food and value with the chance to connect, unwind, and celebrate success in a relaxed and enjoyable way.”
With stunning seafront views and a seasonally-led menu, Elevate opened in summer 2023. Open Wednesdays-Sundays from 12pm-8pm and on show nights, the stylish venue was designed by local architects with décor and design elements inspired by the Jurassic Coast.
Elevate is open to the public as well as showgoers and conference delegates who are attending events at Bournemouth Pavilion and Bournemouth International Centre (BIC).
