Seasonal events to bring communities together at Littledown

As well as being a hub for swimming, classes, gym and sports, Littledown Centre and its surrounding parkland is also popular for community, sporting and social events.

This Autumn, residents and visitors can look forward to a diverse programme of events.  Highlights include monthly quizzes, themed discos, including a silent disco, markets selling local goods and crafts, one the region’s largest firework displays and so much more – a full listing is below.

Littledown’s event programme has been created to bring people together, provide more leisure and entertainment opportunities, and celebrate and raise awareness of local businesses, activities, and services.

Littledown also frequently hosts private events, parties, clubs and sporting competitions including swimming galas, discos, sports events and dance tournaments.

Littledown Centre is operated by BH Live in partnership with BCP Council. BH Live is a registered charity and social enterprise, committed to community health and wellbeing.

On behalf of BH Live, Rob Cunningham, Director of Leisure and Business Development, shared;

“Littledown is a vibrant hub for all at the heart of our community. As well as the pools, gyms, sports and classes, our autumn event programme is a brilliant example of how we are also bringing  people together to enjoy sport, culture, entertainment and local talent, all in one place.”
