1. Definitions
“Company” means BH Live and/or its subsidiaries
“Supplier” means the entity providing goods or services to the Company.
2. Compliance with Laws
The Supplier shall comply with all applicable UK legislation, including:
- IR35 Off-Payroll Working Rules {ITEPA 2003).
- Modern Slavery Act 2015.
- Money Laundering Regulations 2017
3. Ethical Standards
- Maintain compliance policies and training
- Permit audits or information requests
- Notify the Company of any actual or suspected breach
4. Payment Terms
Payment shall be made within 30 days of receipt of a valid invoice, purchase order number must be quoted on each invoice.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to confidentiality under UK GDPR & Data Protection Act 2018.
6. Termination
The Company may terminate for compliance breaches, insolvency, or misrepresentation.
7. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
