Croydon’s Charlie Guest announced for Fairfield Halls’ glittering Cinderella pantomime

Following the sensational success of last year’s festive hit Beauty and the Beast, a dazzling new pantomime production is ready to sprinkle its magic across Fairfield Halls’ stage.

This Christmas, audiences are invited to lose themselves in a fairy-tale favourite as Cinderella sweeps into Croydon from Friday 11 December 2026 to Sunday 3 January 2027. Expect a festive spectacular packed with show-stopping costumes, breathtaking sets and all the glitter, laughter and magic that panto fans love.

Returning by popular demand after stealing the show last year, Charlie Guest is back at Fairfield Halls with even more side-splitting comedy, mischievous mayhem and laugh-out-loud moments. With his trademark wit and infectious energy, audiences can expect non-stop fun for the whole family in what promises to be the ultimate festive treat.

Charlie Guest said:

“I’m thrilled to be returning to Croydon for my fourth consecutive year. The audience at Fairfield Halls always brings so much energy! It’s like a home from home over the festive season. Let the pantomime madness begin!”

Charlie will bring an endearing and loveable portrayal to Fairfield Hall’s stage as ‘Buttons’, Cinderella’s best friend. Expect outrageous outfits, traditional festive mischief, and laugh-out-loud moments for audiences of all ages.

Produced by UK Productions Ltd, the acclaimed team behind many of the most spectacular pantomimes, this production is written by award-winning writer Jon Monie. Cinderella combines all the traditions of panto – romance, villains, heroes, and heart – with a dazzling modern staging that pushes the boundaries of festive family entertainment.

 On behalf of UK Productions Ltd, Martin Dodd said:

“We’re absolutely thrilled to be welcoming the brilliant Charlie Guest back to Croydon for another hilarious panto season. This time, he’ll be bringing his boundless energy and cheeky charm to Fairfield Halls as the lovable Buttons! He’s guaranteed to have audiences laughing, cheering, and maybe even shedding a tear. Don’t hang about, zip along and grab your tickets before the clock strikes midnight to get the best seats in the house!”

Fairfield Halls is owned by Croydon Council and operated in partnership with registered charity and social enterprise BH Live.

On behalf of BH Live, Steve Turner, Director of Venues, shared;
